Description
As a Program Supervisor, you will offer support, supervision, training, and case assistance/resources to your team. In this leadership role, you will work with the program director to assess program and service delivery and offer program growth ideas for the community. The Program Supervisor supports overall program goals through hiring and training new staff and ongoing management of key program areas, such as staff productivity, contract adherence, and focusing on assisting staff in providing creative and superior trauma-informed services. This role is part of a team of supervisors who each oversee a group of staff, while working together to directly influence the development of our programs and support the Department of Human Services in providing high quality services to our community. This position also serves as a liaison partner with community agencies and department of human service teams.

Does the following apply to you?
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or Behavioral Health field
Preferred but not required:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or other degree which is eligible for LSW, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT licensure and DORA Registration
- 2 or more years of experience providing Child Welfare services to families and children
- Supervisory experience
